On Plan Sheet C402, the weir elevation is shown as 817.62, which is based on the 1.26 Ac. onsite and the 3.01 Ac. offsite runoff. Unless the offsite runoff is to be detained, the 100-year on-site (1.26-acre) runoff elevation (817.53) will be the invert elevation of the secondary outlet for bypassing off- site runoff. The secondary outlet shall be designed to pass the offsite runoff only, and the emergency overflow weir elevation shall be determined by then routing the entire inflow, on-site and off-site, through the pond. The 10-year and 100-year onsite and offsite outputs shall include discharge volumes from the secondary outlet to confirm discharge from the site does not exceed the peak runoff for the 3.01 Ac. offsite runoff listed in the Subbasin Summary on pages 37 and 49.
