Can you add some more windows to this second floor please? It seems to be
missing something with only the balcony windows in the middle.

These are all 3 bedrooms so the builder needs to be
sensitive to window layouts that work within the
bedroom layouts. Builder feels he should change the
window configuration so all 3 are a little different and
will come up with new configuration for the Sub-
Committee meeting tomorrow night.

What is this material on top of the brick? Shouldn't this brick continue all the
way up the wall and then have a finished top?

This is 1x cement fiber trim that provided a built=up
look at the cap for architectural appeal. There is a small
area missing brick on the right side elevation. The left
side is more accurate.

Rear elevation brick above garage
If this brick wall needs to extend higher, then the brick should continue up
and be one cohesive wall and material. Since the space over the garage will
now accommodate outdoor living, it should be able to support brick in this
area.

Ok. A cable rail will suffice instead of the siding. Please
upload the revised elevations that show this so we can
stamp them approved.

Builder needs to provide drainage from the outdoor
space back to a gutter which requires a small gap at the
bottom along that entire wall. If lap siding is not
desired, he could go to a cable rail for that part of the
wall.

Will these building have offsets between units, or will it be a flat front with all
units in line with each other? If you can provide an offset between units, we
would prefer that.

If you will offer a covered porch as an option then
please submit an elevation with that option for us to
approve. None of these elevations show a covered
porch so we will need to see that if you want it
approved.

Because the size of these spaces aren’t as big as the 3rd
floor outdoor spaces, we will offer a covered porch as
an option.

Vary Height of Units
Can you vary the height of the units so there is some more dimension and
the building is not so boxy? Perhaps some of the units can have a taller
parapet wall or something?

Brick on internal sides
Will all sides of a unit that are not on an end unit be brick as shown? This
looks best and I think it would not look cohesive or complementary if these
sides switched to siding. I just wanted to confirm.
