RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00227 ADLS: Ambleside Rear Load Architecture
Dear Ms. Schuette,
The Carmel Planning Department took the following administrative action regarding the requested architectural design
pre-approval for the rear load, single-family homes at Ambleside. The site is generally located at 14593 Mauldin Street.
It is zoned Ambleside PUD (Ordinance Z-659-20) and is not located within any overlay zone.
APPROVED: PZ-2022-00227 ADLS: Ambleside Rear Load Architecture
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter and the appropriate stamped elevation when
submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
