The site is located at 14480 Lowes Way. It is zoned PUD/Planned Unit Development (Z-681-23, 146th & Keystone Ave. PUD, as amended, and is partly in the SFHA/Special Flood Hazard Area. APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2023-00070 DP/ADLS: BJ’s Wholesale Club • Petitioner works with DOCS Staff to finalize exterior architectural accent lighting, roof top mechanical equipment screening, and perimeter greenbelt is re-reviewed with Urban Forester. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
