Per our conversation today, I wanted to follow up on the Notice of Corrections I
received from Jim Ochs dated 9/27. Jim is wanting to assess a late fee for "missed
underslab" to which I contend that at the time I picked up the permit, I was notified
by Trudy on which exact inspections I would need. She crossed out on the standard
"pink" permit form that an underslab inspection would not be necessary and that
the first inspection I would need was the rough-in inspection. Per our conversation,
I believe,You said you would waive this fee. When you get a moment, could you
please look into this?

Also, Jim had approved per the permit on location that the separation wall had been
approved for rough-in electrical however the rough-in inspection of the shell has
not been done per his Notice of Correction form. I just need clarification for
whether that includes the rough-in I did on the perimeter walls as indicated by our
drawings submitted to the City of Carmel.
