ADLS Amend: Jackson's Grant Village
Townhomes Amendment
The applicant seeks Architectural Design approval to add an
additional townhome design to Jackson Grant Village. This
design will be offered at 3 buildings, where it is advantageous
to have the rooftop terraces on the back of the townhome. The
additional design will be two story in design and close in size
and height to the three story townhome.
The approved color schemes, landscaping plan, exterior light
fixtures, and footprint of the 2 story design remain the same as
the previously approved 3 story design.
The site is located at 520 W 116t" Street.
It is zoned Jackson's Grant Village PUD (Ordinance Z-653-20).
