At the meeting held Monday September 28, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 10585, 10401, and
10333 N. Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09080012 V through 09080016 V Development Standards Variances for potentially up to
two signs facing a right-of-way (west) for Building 1; potentially one sign not facing a right-of-way (south) for Building
1; potentially up to four signs facing a right-of-way (west) for Buildings 2 and 3; number of signs for Buildings 2 and 3;
and potentially up to two signs facing a right-of-way (east) for Buildings 2 and 3 with the Commitments that if one
tenant were to occupy an entire building, they may have up to two wall signs if each sign is located on a different street
frontage.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the
approval is September 28, 2010.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
