It is Our desire to offer our lovely home located at 103 E 106th St,to the short-term rental market on occasion. We are planning to apply for rezoning of the land where our home is located,in the meantime we would like to rent the home during the days when we are away from it. We have experience both as a guest and a host of short-term rentals.Our experience has been exceptional on both sides of the exchange. As guests,we have been welcomed and it has been an incredibly positive experience.We learned a lot and gained a great experience which will make us a responsible host in future. We are very careful and have a restricted policy regarding the type of guests who we will approve,only guests who demonstrate respect for our rules and can clearly communicate.Only families with no more than six guests will be allowed,no parties or big gatherings.Our neighbors will be our priority.We will closely monitor our property when we have guests with regular communications and outdoor cameras.We also will make sure that someone is available to fix any immediate issue that could arise at the house.We have a strict policy against parties or parking on the street.We also require an evening curfew on noise. Neighborhood has no covenants and Restrictions Rental Plan: We will be renting the entire house,but we will be in close proximity (6.4 miles) to the home.We are able to visually check the property whenever we wish. Further we will be available to guests and concerned neighbors via remote onsite camera (such as the doorbell service "RING*that operates with a camera and cell phone.
