FEHSENFELD LAND HOLDINGS, LLC
CONSENT TO AND JOINDER IN APPLICATIONS
The undersigned, Fehsenfeld Land Holdings LLC ("Owner"), is the owner of a parcel of real estate that
is identified per the records of the Hamilton County, Indiana Auditor's Office as Tax Parcel Identification
Number 17-13-06-00-00-034.000 (the "Real Estate"). The Owner hereby consents to, authorizes and joins in
the filing of applications by REI Real Estate Services, LLC ("REI") seeking development plan ("DP")
approval, architectural design, lighting, landscaping and signage ("ADLS") approval, and variances before
certain bodies of the City of Carmel, including but not limited to, the City of Carmel Plan Commission and the
Board of Zoning Appeals, in order to develop the Real Estate for its intended purposes (collectively, the
"Application"). In addition, if REI determines that other approvals may be required or deemed necessary
(collectively the "Other Approvals"), the foregoing Consent and Joinder in Application shall apply to the
Application and for any Other Approvals sought by REI pertaining to the development of the Real Estate. The
Owner also authorizes REI and REI's employees, engineers, land planners, attorneys, attorneys' employees and
agents, as follows:
1. To file the Application with respect to the Real Estate;
2. To pursue the approval of the Application and Other Approvals, as such may be determined by
REI; and,
3. To act on behalf of the Owner with regard to the Application and Other Approvals
The provisions of this Consent do not authorize REI to agree to any commitments unless specifically approved,
in writing, by the Owner.
