The Residential Committee will meet to review the following items:
1. Tabled to August 1st Docket No. PZ-2023-00014 PUD: Andrews PUD Rezone
The applicant seeks PUD rezone approval to allow a new neighborhood consisting of 46 townhomes and
14 two-family dwellings. The site is located at 4411 E 146th Street and is zoned R-1/Residence. Filed
by Jim Shinaver and Jon Dobosiewicz of Nelson & Frankenberger on behalf of Schafer Development,
LLC.
2. Approved at June 20 Plan CommissionDocket No. PZ-2023-00096 PP/SP: Robbins Minor Subdivision
3. Docket No. PZ-2023-00065 V: UDO Sec. 2.08: 100 ft. Min Lot Width required, 20 ft. Requested.
The applicant seeks minor subdivision plat approval and variance approval to split 1 parcel into 4
residential lots. The site is located at 11400 Westfield Blvd. and is zoned R-1/Residential. Filed by

4. Docket No. PZ-2023-00130 ADLS Amend: Jackson’s Grant Village Townhomes Amendment
The applicant seeks architectural design approval for a few of the townhome buildings at Jackson’s
Grant Village to move the outdoor living space from the front of the building to the rear, which will also
reduce the height from 3 stories to 2 stories. The site is located at 520 W 116th Street. It is zoned
