The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition. APPROVED: Docket No. V-91-01, a petition to vary Section 25.1.2 of the Additional Use Regulations in order to construct an accessory building forward of the principal building. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition. When applying for an Improvement Location Permit (ILP) for this structure, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Inspector's review.
