Woods of Williams Creek - same as above. Significant issues: ONE - Nature Preservation Zone (easement in
covenants) is HQI..on the Plat. To be effective, it must be recorded with the plat. TWO - Tree preservation covenants
need to followed. THREE - No landscape plans have been submitted, but for example, there are landscape mounds
drawn and labeled on the site development plan. A landscape plan is required.
Village of West Clay - No comments at this time. i have been working with Parks Pifer (Benwick) and landscaping plans
and issues.
Hazel Dell Corner, Lot 4 - Have comments and will have letter done Friday or Monday. Significant issues: One - Wd..n.o1
receive copies of plans Please have Paul send me a set. TWO - Greenbelt on North perimeter should not occupy same
space as utility easements, and must be planted with required bufferyard plant materials. THREE - will ask for additional
trees and shrubs to match other properties in the development.

Following are CTRWD comments on the agenda items effecting our sanitary sewers or service area for the July 18 T AC
meeting. Please feel free to copy and distribute this email or attach it to your meeting minutes.
Woods of Williams Creek Subdivision
The District has received plans and the District's consulting engineers are completing their review. Once that review is
complete, the plans will be ready to be submitted by the District to IDEM for State approval.
Village of West Clay Section 8002
The District has received plans and the District's consulting engineers are completing their review. Once that review is
complete, the plans will be ready to be submitted by the District to IDEM for State approval.
Village of West Clay Section 3001-A, Block J
The District has received plans and the District's consulting engineers are completing their review. Once that review is
complete, the plans will be ready to be submitted by the District to IDEM for State approval.
Crooked Stick Estates, Section 2, Lot 44
While this property is in the District's service area, it is in an area where sewage disposal is provided by individual onsite
septic systems. We have no information on the nature of the variance being requested, so we cannot comment further as
to whether the work may effect any nearby interceptor sewers in the vicinity of 106th Street and Crooked Stick Lane.
East 96th Street Auto Park, Lots 1 & 3 (Tom Wood Volkswagen)
The District is aware of the petitioner's plans but the property is served by Carmel Utilities. If any related site work
extends into the travel lanes of 96th Street, Holey Moley should be notified so that the District can locate its 16" force
main appropriately in order to prevent damage which would likely cause a major sewage spill.
