Dear Joe,
I own the property at 131 1 st Ave NW, which is the closest neighboring house to the property above, and
I strongly support the variance requested and would argue that the proposed offset variance is much more
ecstatically pleasing then the regulatory requirements because it lines up with my buildings and I am the
neighbor on the other side of the fence and the only affected neighbor.
Old Town has done marvelous job building this property so we should give them all support to the fullest
extent possible.
