This location falls within the B3 zoning requirements. This part of the code
allows for one sign, 10 square feet & 5 feet tall. We propose to replace 2
signs that total 210 square feet with one sign that is 96 square feet. We ask
for 1 varinance to permit a sign that is 96 square feet. We ask for 1 varinance
to permit a sign that is 9.5 feet tall.

The needs of the business to inform customers require more than one sign
