CARMEL/CLAY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket No. SU-95-01
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 24th day of
September, 2001 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana
46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Special Use application for Plum Creek Partners, LLC.
Petitioner seeks special use approval to construct a neighborhood commercial center.
The property is located north and west of the northwest comer of 131 st Street and Hazel Dell
Parkway.
The application is identified as Docket No. SU-95-01.
The real estate affected by said application is described in the attached legal description.
