At the meeting held September 24,2001, the Cannel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took
the following action regarding the Special Use petition filed by Paul G. Reis of The Reis Law Finn
on behalf of Plum Creek Partners, LLC, for property located at 13190 Hazel Dell Parkway:
APPROVED: Docket No. SU-95-01, a petition to establish a multi-tenant, ground floor retail
center. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition.
This petition is also subject to the approvals granted by the Carmel/Clay Plan
Commission under Docket Nos. 1-95 Z; 80-00 PP; and 82-01 ADLS.
Please be aware that this site is subject to Commitments made attendant to Docket No. 1-
95 Z and recorded as Instrument No. 9809838210. On June 20, 2000, in the matter of Docket
No. 80-00 PP, the owner/developer, Corby D. Thompson of Plum Creek Partners, accepted a
Condition of Approval excluding Automobile Service Station uses from the subdivision.
