STATEMENT OF USE VARIANCE
concerning Docket No. 06090012 UV
Rex Neal of Printing Plus Inc is seeking a use variance on the
property known as 2110 E 96th Street, Carmel in order to operate a
small office out of a house on a residentially-zoned property.
STATEMENT OF SUPPORT
The location of the property known as 2110 E 96th 8t, Carmel is an
increasingly busy traffic corridor. This is a small business
operation (computers and 2 employees) with little outside visitors;
therefore the neighbors would see minimal change in traffic to and
from the property. Hours of operation are 9:00 to 5:00 weekdays.
The property will remain residential looking on the exterior. No
wall or roof identification signs will be installed on the building.
