Good afternoon Aliza,
I’ve been chasing down answers to your questions so they are below:
Please include Spandrel Panel dimensions as shown on schematic below.
36” x 16’
Please center signage within sign Spandrel panel.
See attached modification.
Sign may be 70% of Spandrel Height x 85% of spandrel width. If you would like you can fit a sign that is a bit
larger.
Please include height from ground to bottom of sign.

Schematic should show specifics about mounting and lighting to match application. It should say non-lighted
sign, flush mounted with a mounting schematic.
See attached modification.
Please include a site plan with the accurate location of the sign marked on it.

Please include a letter of approval from the tenant. Invoice is not enough unless it is signed.
In original attached the email were included. Do you need a specific signed letter as well? I’ve attached
it here too.
