1 The approval of this variance will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the
community because.
the fence will provide privacy, security and safety to the Owners and be an extension of an existing fence on the
shared property line to the property to the south of the subject property and that shall be the same aesthetically.
2 The use and value of the area adjacent to the property included in the variance will not be affected in a substantially
adverse manner because
the fence will continue to provide an aesthetically pleasing view as it is the same on either side of the fence
providing the same view to both property owners and will be of high-quality construction.
3 The strict application of the terms of the Unified Development to the property will result in practical difficulties in the
use of the property because:
the fence would not be as cohesive and compatible with the existing fence on the property line nor be able to
provide the homeowners with the desired privacy. security and safety.
