COMPLETE EARTHWORK AND FINISH GRADING FOR SEEDED AREAS. APPLY SEED AND MULCH WITHIN 30 HOURS OF SEEDBED PREPARATION. 2. STABILIZATION OF A PROJECT SITE IS CONSIDERED ACHIEVED WHEN ALL LAND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND A UNIFORM PERENNIAL VEGETATIVE COVER WITH A DENSITY OF 70% HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED ON ALL UNPAVED AREAS AND AREAS NOT COVERED BY PERMANENT STRUCTURES, OR EQUIVALENT PERMANENT STABILIZATION MEASURES HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED. 3. BEFORE ANY EXCAVATION ON THE SITE, CALL INDIANA 811 TO LOCATE ANY EXISTING UTILITIES ON THE SITE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE LOCATION OF ALL BURIED UTILITIES IN THE AREAS OF WORK BEFORE STARTING OPERATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF REPAIRING OR REPLACING ANY UTILITIES OR CONDUIT DAMAGED DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THIS WORK. 2.
