In 2003, a permit # 03090111 was pulled
for this building addition and the area
that later became Flagstar Bank. That
area was completed, except for the
temporary fixes to the wall that will
eventually connect with this half of
the building. Per Mike Hollibaugh and
Les Olds, as previous permit covered the
BOTH portions of the building, the
permit fee for this permit will be
waived. Once inspections, including
the final site inspection by Urban
Forestry and Engineering and Utilities
approvals, are all complete, both this
and the original permit referenced above
may be issued full C/O's.
(Cost of this permit would have been
$5,001.45, under present fees.)

Per call from John Duffy on 10/3/06,
Utilities is still working with owner
regarding fees for water. Go ahead and
release permit. Duffy will advise
building office if water permit from
Building office will be needed.
