Developmental Standards Variance (V-98- 01) Via US Mail Dear Mr. & Mrs. Lewis, At the meeting held September 24, 2001, the Cannel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance petition filed on your behalf by Darren Peterson of Peterson Architecture for property located at 335 West 107th Street: APPROVED: Docket No. V-98-01, a petition to vary Section 6.4.3(B)(1): Minimum Side Yards - Single Family Dwelling of Chapter 6: S-2/Residence District in order to allow a single-family dwelling to encroach five (5) feet into the minimum 10-foot east side yard. The Board voted four (4) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition. Please be aware that any future addition to the structure would now be required to meet a twenty (20) foot side yard setback onthe west in order to meet the 25-foot Minimum Aggregate of Side Yard set out per Section 6.4.3(C)(1): Minimum Aggregate of Side Yard - Single Family Dwelling.
