Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 24th day of July, 2023 at
6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Sq., 2nd Flr., Carmel, IN 46032, will hold a Public
Hearing upon a Development Standards Variance application to:
Consider approval of Petitioner’s application to construct an additional 20’ x 30’ detached accessory
structure. The allowed combined square footage of the ground floor area of the garages and/or accessory
buildings shall not exceed 75% of the ground floor area of the principal buildings and 102% combined
square footage is being requested by Petitioner.
With the property being known as: 511 E. 111th Street, Carmel, Indiana 46280.
The application is identified as Docket No. PZ-2023-00126 V.
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
