The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting July 18, 2006 regarding
the Primary Plat and Subdivision Waiver application for Village on the Monon located at 1320
Rohrer Road, Carmel.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06030005 PP Primary Plat and Docket No. 06030028 SW
Subdivision Waiver for Village on the Monon. The application was
APPROVED as presented. NOTE: Subject To the Tree Mitigation
Commitment on file with the Dept. of Community Services dated June 5, 2006.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
