The signs requiring a variance are:
#3. "Performance Collision Center" (ground sign) 6' tall by 10' wide = 60 sq.ft. A
variance is needed as this is the second sign for the Performance Collision Center
facing 1 06th Street. (The building also has a wall sign facing 106th Street - Sign #2.)
#6 "Nottingham Plaza" (center identification sign) 10'8" tall by 1 0' wide. A variance is
needed because of the height of the sign (8' permitted) and because the sign area
exceeds more than 2/3 of the sign face. (1/3 is to be used for the center identification
name.)
#7 "Quick Lane" (ground sign) 6' tall by 2' wide = 12 sq. ft. A variance is needed
because this is the second sign for Quick Lane facing 106th Street. (Sign #8 is the
wall sign.) The sign is needed to identify the entrance drive for the Quick Lane
