Dear Mr. Hurt:
We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's
Office on January 27,2006, and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the unincorporated area of Hamilton County.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Area.
3. This site will drain to the Long Branch Drain - Townhomes at Weston Pointe
Ann.
4. lbe detention for this site was included in the ovenll master drainage plan for
Weston Poiate. Please provide drainage calculations for this specific site so J
can verifY it is in compliance with the master drainage plan.
S. All casting should be labeled "Dump No Waste- Drains to WatlerWay,'. which
are readily available now from local casting distributors. Please add a note to
the plans that will make the contractor away of this requirement.
6. Please note the additional comments may be warranted at a later date.

RE: Huntington National Bank (06010025 DP/ADLS)
Dear Mr. Schneider:
This letter is in response to your Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage Amendment
application and Development Plan application for Huntington Bank. Comments and concerns are
as follow:
1. Structures built within the US Highway 42 I-Michigan Road Overlay Zone are
required to be consistent with or complementary to one of four architectural
styles: Federal, Georgian, Italianate, or Greek Revival. Please incorporate or
further emphasize the salient features of one of these four styles.
2. Metal is not a permitted material for siding. Surface materials may be comprised
of red brick; stone; cedar shingles; or wood clapboard or beaded siding.
3. Please further emphasize the entryway with architecturally appropriate columns or
pilasters, in keeping with Comment # 1. Columns should be brick, stone, or pre-
cast to resemble brick or stone.
4. Please provide information on the appearance, including colors used, on the ATM
unit.
5. Staff would prefer to see no more than three drive-through lanes, to minimize
congestion.
6. Please provide detailing on the drive-through columns to match the entryway
columns or pilasters.
7. Please add walkways from both US 421 and Weston Pointe Drive, to connect to
the trail system and sidewalk.
