RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00130 ADLS Amend: Jackson’s Grant Village Townhomes Amendment
Dear Mr. Wagner,
The Carmel Plan Commission Residential Committee took the following action at its June 27, 2023, meeting regarding
architectural design approval for Lots 43-47, 63-66, and 67-71 at Jackson’s Grant Village to move the outdoor living
space from the front of the building to the rear, which will also reduce the height from 3 stories to 2 stories. The site is
located at 520 W 116th Street. It is zoned Jackson’s Grant Village PUD (Ordinance Z-653-20).
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00130 ADLS Amend: Jackson’s Grant Village Townhomes
Amendment
• The Petitioner finalizes all outstanding comments in ProjectDox and resolves window comments with staff.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter and the appropriate stamped elevation when
submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
