The site is located at 520 W 116th Street. It is zoned Jackson’s Grant Village PUD (Ordinance Z-653-20). APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00130 ADLS Amend: Jackson’s Grant Village Townhomes Amendment • The Petitioner finalizes all outstanding comments in ProjectDox and resolves window comments with staff. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter and the appropriate stamped elevation when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
