At the meeting held Monday, July 24, 2023, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Special Exception (SE) filed by you for the property located at 2918 E. Smoky Row:
APPROVED: PZ-2023-00109 SE - Bonilla Short Term Residential Rental (Appeal).
Please be advised that per Article 5.72.D of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned
Special Exception approval is valid for one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is July 24, 2024.
