• Seeking 48"in height for our corner lot
• We do not have an HOA,but we spoke with our neighbors,and they have no concerns
• We are close to CHS,and have a lot of auto and pedestrian traffic,and street parking in this area
• We have a dog that could jump a 42"fence and had concerns with that
