Plumbing changes proposed for remodel - No additional bathrooms are being added, only current bathrooms/sinks are moving location
1. Sink & toilet plumbing will move from the current laundry room to new half bath
2. Move water line for new fridge location
3. Move the current kitchen sink plumbing over on the same wall in kitchen
4. Move plumbing for sink, toilet and shower in the new guest bath location
5. Add additional plumbing for second sink in master bath (current sink and toilet stay in same location)

6. Move the drain line for current shower and rough in plumbing for rainfall shower head (west end of shower) and adjustable handheld faucet (north wall of shower)
7. Install plumbing for washer and move sink plumbing down the wall for new mudroom space
8. Other items: update 2 new hose bibs off of front(west) and back(east) end of house connected to filtered water.
Framing changes proposed for remodel – No load bearing walls will be removed
1. Currently, there is a slanted wall over staircase well, new walls will be built in garage around staircase well instead
2. New walls for mudroom build out in current garage space
3. New walls framed for new half bath w/ one standard doorway opening
4. New walls for added pantry with standard doorway opening
5. New exterior back door exit where current window is located
6. New window framing where current exterior back door is located
7. Add doorway to 1st bedroom (north east bedroom)
8. New walls to frame out new guest bath with 2 doorways and framed opening into closet
9. Add new doorway to master bedroom (south east bedroom)
10. Add new wall for master shower
11. Add new doorway for coat closet
12. Add new doorway to 2nd bedroom (south west bedroom
13. Frame out larger closet in 2nd bedroom with doorway
14. Added: Upon removing the drop ceiling in the basement, it was discovered that the floor joists for the main floor were cut into. To improve structural integrity, those
cut joists will be replaced or sistered.
15. Added: Upon removal of laminate flooring in main floor, it was discovered that the current subfloor was not up to current code (only ½ inch subfloor), the subfloor
will be reinforced by adding a layer of ¾ osb tongue and groove on top of the existing ½ plywood.
Electrical changes proposed for remodel
1. Due to the state of the current electrical in the house, all electrical will be replaced by a master electrician to bring the electrical up to code. This will include a new
electrical panel
