Please find attached copies of the plans with rooms marked, directional indications,
dimensions, and survey with new and old footprint distinguished.
To be clear, these homes are being totally renovated with space being added. The
projects are similar to a project we did last year at 12380 Charing Cross, owner was
Jeanne Moore. All three of these homes are in the neighborhood Brookshire Village.
They are 0 lot line homes with storage sheds separating the homes.
With this renovation, we will be updating every room of the home and moving some
walls. We will add square footage, and change all the rotting cedar over to fiber cement.
It seems that you were still looking at the original submissions, which were lacking and
we were informed of their shortcomings by Bill and Craig. They were fixed and
resubmitted, here are additional copies per our conversation. We understand that there is
a fee for the resubmission.
