The plat map I had been using was pre FEMA approved. I have attached the updated, correct plat map and hope that this will put the lot back into the approval process. In the meantime, I did speak with Lynn at Coor and he said he will do his best to send me today, a certificate of elevation. If he cannot get this done today, I will send it as soon as possible. Will you have to wait until the certificate is sent for the lot to be reviewed?
