The Woods at Williams Creek was created,
the land was a Zone X (unshaded) flood-
plain and is still today officially.
However, due to potential flood risk the
State of Indiana DNR performed a study
and obtained unofficial Zones of AE,
X (shaded) , and X (unshaded) .
This lot is all three zones: *AE*,
*X(shaded)*, and *X(unshaded)*. The
site plan shows the house to go in the
*X(shaded)* area. The State of Indiana
DNR minimum flood protection guideline
is 877.6 ft -- the 2 ft freeboard.

Received the Elevation Certificate,
based on Construction Drawings, showing
the top of the bottom floor (basement)
at 878.5 ft, and the top of the next
higher floor to be 888.5 ft. The
basement IS a walk-out. Therefore, the
top of the bottom floor (basement) at
878.5 meets the 2 ft freeboard
requirement of 877.6 ft.
