Good a?ernoon, Casey – As we discussed over the phone yesterday, we will start this lot coverage variance request on
the August 28 BZA Hearing officer mee?ng ?meline/track, and if the Carmel Engineering Dept. and/or the Hamilton
County Surveyor’s Office has any concerns about this proposal, then we will bump the request for 518 Almond Creek Dr.
to the Wednesday, Sept. 27 regular BZA mee?ng (5-member board).

The Hanna’s updated Site Plan has been adjusted a?ached with the following changes: driveway width and length and
loca?on of the circle, the decrease in the walk, and the addi?on of the pool and pa?o area.
The surveyor shows this at the 35% lot coverage with these adjustments, however with addi?on of the pool and pa?o
area and comple?on of the drive is brings the total to 41.5% lot coverage which we would like to file for Hearing Officer
BZA which has a deadline of noon today.
Would you be agreeable to allow BZA HO for this request?

Good morning, Casey - This variance might be considered to be heard by a BZA hearing officer for 518 Almond Creek Dr.,
only if we know that the Carmel Engineering Dept. will be suppor?ve of this 54.6% lot cover proposal. I have copied Alex
Jordan and John Thomas on this e-mail to provide preliminary feedback about that. (As you know the BZA HO filing
deadline is Monday at noon, so hopefully we will have a response from them before then…)

Good morning, Angie. I have been forwarded the file for the Hanna build on Jackson’s Grant Lot 33 for a lot coverage
variance. See Chris?na Jesse’s messages to Mindi Oliver in our office regarding permi?ng.
The proposed lot coverage is 54.6% where the allowable is 35%. Would this be allowable to go to BZA hearing officer
since one request?
