The surveyor shows this at the 35% lot coverage with these adjustments, however with addi?on of the pool and pa?o area and comple?on of the drive is brings the total to 41.5% lot coverage which we would like to ﬁle for Hearing Oﬃcer BZA which has a deadline of noon today.
