HOWEVER, per Jim Blanchard, this still
requires its own permit.
Another permit will most likely need to
be pulled for the full tenant finish.
The final inspection for this permit
will be held until the shell building
itself is completed. (or has temp for
exterior site items only)
--SNL is attempting to contact Duke on
9/27/06 as regards the State Releases
submitted with this application. They
are not for this project, but for the
shell buildings. That work needs to be
completed and inspected under those
appropriate permit #!s.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (ClO issued) within two (2) years ofthe issuance date.

requested by this application will comply with, and conform to, all applicable laws of the State of Indiana, and the "Zoning Ordinance of Carmel Indiana - 1993~

that only kitchen, bath, and 0001' drains arc connected to the sanitary sewer. I further certify that the construction will not be used or occupied until a
Certificate of Occupancy has been issued by the Department of Community Services, Carmel, lndiana.
