(or has temp for exterior site items only) --SNL is attempting to contact Duke on 9/27/06 as regards the State Releases submitted with this application. They are not for this project, but for the shell buildings. That work needs to be completed and inspected under those appropriate permit #!s. This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction must be completed (ClO issued) within two (2) years ofthe issuance date.
