Proposed Use of Property: We would utilize this window and the outdoor seating to provide walk-up service during
good weather months and drive-up service during bad weather months
Project Description: Crazy King Burrito Use Variance. Installation of walk-up or drive-up window.
Section of UDO being varied from: This would be a variance of UDO Section 2.39. Use variance for a drive-up and
walk-up window at our restaurant. UDO Section 2.39 – Restaurant with drive-thru and/or walk-up food sales not
permitted, Walk-up window and/or drive-up window requested.
Explanation of why variance/waiver is being requested: This space was vacant for nearly 12 years after Forum Credit
Union vacated. The bank drive thru window was mistakenly filled in, but the property owner gave us permission and an
allowance to reinstall a window in the same place. This area will provide a comfortable seating area during the late spring
through fall periods and a drive-up option during the late fall through early spring months when weather is bad. With the
space being prepped/leveled now, we should be able to provide seats for roughly 25 people with lighting and music. We
feel like this is a great way to add value to our customers and improve the look and feel of the space.
