The lateral for lot 178 will be close but I think it will fall within the lot line. However, the Petitioner needs to work with each TAC Member, individually, and/or through ProjectDox to gain review comments and approvals. The BPW meets the first and third Wednesday of every month with a filing deadline one week prior to each meeting. Only after all review comments are satisfied and the plat is ready to be signed by the Planning Director, please reach out to Caleb Warner in the City Engineering Dept. to be placed on a BPW meeting agenda.
