Ryan, I did look at the lateral for Lot 178 and I agree with you. I think it will be OK.

I dont see an issue w/ the replat. The lateral for lot 178 will be close but I think it will fall within the lot line.

Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will not be on any meeting agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee. However, the Petitioner needs to work with each TAC
Member, individually, and/or through ProjectDox to gain review comments and approvals. (Petitioner, if not done so already, please distribute
plans to each TAC Member for review/approval as soon as possible. Please note that not all TAC Members use ProjectDox; their plan receipt
preferences are listed on the TAC Members list online).
2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. This item will be reviewed administratively by this Dept. and TAC, but the final plat also needs approval by the BPW (Board of Public Works &
Safety). The BPW meets the first and third Wednesday of every month with a filing deadline one week prior to each meeting. Only after all review
comments are satisfied and the plat is ready to be signed by the Planning Director, please reach out to Caleb Warner in the City Engineering Dept.

4. The filing fee is due prior to the Planning Director’s approval (signature on the final plat). Checks can be made out to The City of Carmel, or you
can pay via credit card (with a small transaction fee).

6. Review comments from the Planning/Zoning Dept. will be issued via ProjectDox, our online electronic plan review software, after the Applicant
uploads the plans and completes their Task.
