ALL GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS SHALL BE FABRICATED AND INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE 1997 U.B.C., AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT GUIDELINES, THE MOST STRINGENT SHALL PREVAIL. CAREFULLY CUT AROUND ALL PENETRATIONS. ALL SECTIONS OF WALL INSULATION CUT OR REMOVED FOR CONDUIT RUNS, ETC., SHALL HAVE THE INSULATION REPLACED OR BE PACKED WITH BATT INSULATION.
