WHEREAS, the Owner(s) are/is requesting that the acreage for TriCo Regional Sewer Utility interceptor fee calculation be reduced to acres pursuant to acreage exclusion provisions of Ordinance No. 4-10-2000B. In order to induce the Utility to supply such sewage service, the owners(s) agree that the "Exhibit A" property shall not be subdivided or split in any manner such that sewage service for an additional customer or an additional dwelling on the attached "Exhibit A" would be required or needed except after advance written consent of TriCo Regional Sewer Utility is obtained. The Utility agrees that such advance written consent will not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed after payment in full of any/all applicable fees associated with the additional dwelling.
