sugges2ons to plant a minimum of 6 ornamental trees and 11 bushes.
"The minimum requirement for your site after reviewing the standards is 6 ornamental trees and 11
shrubs along the western perimeter. As there are power lines along the western perimeter, I allow
the shade trees to be ornamental sized trees. I would recommend 6 multi-stem or single-stem
redbud trees and 11 ‘miss kim’ lilac shrubs. I have attached a draft sketch up for you. The plants are
supposed to be within the first 5’ of the property line, but to limit overhanging plants onto the
neighbors you can move them closer to the parking lot a bit. I have recommended pretty hardy trees
and shrubs with a link below to what they look like. Of course, you are free to do any ornamental or

He was also kind enough to suggest where to plant them. I will follow his
recommendation which is noted on the image he provided.
