Subject: Carmel TAC - PZ-2022-00149 : Clay Terrace Hilton Tempo Hotel - DP/ADLS approval
Good afternoon, Carmel TAC Members.
We have filed petition PZ-2022-00149 : Clay Terrace Hilton Tempo Hotel for DP/ADLS approval. The project files have
been uploaded into ProjectDox, and below are the linked files from the project architect and project engineer for those
who prefer to view digital .PDF files (please also see the attached files). Kimley-Horn will be mailing paper copies of the
plans to those listed on the TAC members list with a paper copy preference.
Please let me know if anyone has trouble accessing the files or if anyone else would prefer a paper copy.
