Dear Members of the Carmel/City Township Plan Commission:
On November 21, 2006 West Carmel, LLC, will present an application for an
amended DP/ADLS for Block E of West Carmel Center, Phase II, an application for
an amended Development Plan, and also an application for an amended
Architectural Design, Lighting, and Signage to the Carmel/Clay Township Plan
Commission to permit the development of new commercial structures. The site is
currently zoned B-5 and is part of the Michigan Road Overlay Zone.
The proposed commercial development is generally described in the enclosed
petitions, applications, plans, and drawing that are more completely described in the
plans on file with the Department of Community Services.
Thank you for your consideration in these matters. We are looking forward to
presenting this project to you on November 21, 2006.
