RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00060 ADLS Amend: L’Etoile Amendment
Dear Mr. Moriarity,
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its August 1, 2023,
meeting regarding site plan and design approval to reduce the height from 6 stories to 4 stories for a new
mixed-use building with 2,496 sq. ft. of retail on the ground floor, 33 apartments above, and parking in the
back. The site is located at 833 W. Main Street. It is zoned UC/Urban Core.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00060 ADLS Amend: L’Etoile Amendment
• Address all remaining TAC review comments in ProjectDox
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for
any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
