The site is located at 833 W. Main Street. It is zoned UC/Urban Core. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00060 ADLS Amend: L’Etoile Amendment • Address all remaining TAC review comments in ProjectDox In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
