PER JIM BLANCHARD, since so little is
being done in the area that is future
tenant suite #100 (only adding approx
120 sq.ft. corridor, 2 newer doors, and
filling in 2 window areas) we will only
charge the 120 sq.ft. in the permit fee,
instead of the full 1970 sq. ft. for that
area. m SNL updated record and permit
fee amount.

PROJECT INFO: This will eventually be
used by two tenants, the Mystery Company
and one other. The Mystery Company has
been assigned suite # 150, and the other
future tenant will be suite # 100, based
on their respective locations and entry
points into the building. Jim Huang,
the rep who submitted the permit, has
been made aware of this.
--- ADLS Amendment required. Per Bill
Hohlt, and approved by Matt Griffin, we
will review the entire project, but only
work on the interior of the building
will be released with permit issuance,
until the ADLS Amendment is approved.
This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must he completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issu,lIlce date.
