A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 3 East of the Second Principal Meridian,
Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana, and a portion of the property of PST Land Holdings, LLC ("PST Tract")
recorded as Instrument Number 2019054932, all in said Recorder's Office, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 25; thence
South 00 degrees 04 minutes 41 seconds West (Basis of Bearings; Indiana State Plane, East Zone, NAD 83) 732.44 feet
along the East Line of said Southeast Quarter -Quarter to a northwestern corner of the 1.20-acre tract of land

curved Right -of -Way to the southwestern comer of said PST Tract and said Right -of -Way, lying North 18 degrees 48

301.08 feet along the western line of said Right -of -Way and said PST Tract to the northwestern comer thereof and
