A public hearing to request a variance of developmental standards will be held on Monday, October 23, 2006 at 5:45 p.m. The public hearing will be
located in the Carmel City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square Carmel, Indiana 46032.
The applicant seeks developmental standards approval for docket no. 06100002 V Chapter 23F.13.01.A ground signs prohibited in Overlay. The site
located at 1001 Range Line Road is zoned B-7 and is within the Carmel Dr. - Range Line Road Overlay. The applicant is requesting a new monument
sign at this location.

Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 23
day of October, 2006 at 5 :45 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Development Standards
Variance application to allow a ground sign within the Carmel Drive - Range Line Road
