OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the “+” or “-“button, preset desired pressure.
Connect hose chuck to the tire stem. If tire pressure is greater than 3 PSI
the Excel Tire Gauge will read and display the actual tire pressure, turn
on compressor, inflate or deflate tire for a few seconds, close valves, read
again and display actual tire pressure, inflate and deflates for few a sec-
onds, repeating this procedure until the preset pressure is reached. When
complete, the gauge will automatically stop and beep indicating that the
operation is complete. The LCD reading will flash “END”, visually indicat-
ing that the operation is completed. Removing the hose chuck from the
tire stem, beep stops and compressor shuts off.
If tire pressure is lower than 3 PSI (uncommon in gas station applications)
the flat tire button must be pressed. Compressor will start and open load
valve. The unit will automatically take over as soon as the tire has 3 PSI or
more and finish the process as described above.
