(Fleig Residence) - 06090033 V Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fleig: At the meeting held Monday, October 23, 2006, the Cannel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 3591 Inverness Blvd. APPROVED: Docket No. 06090033 V Development Standards Variance for pool setback. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must have been received and approval granted by this Department.
