At the meeting held Monday, October 23, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following
action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) tiled by you for the property located at the southeast
comer of Clay Terrace Blvd. and 146tb Street.
DENIED: Docket No. 06090002 V Development Standards Variance for minimum gross floor area in the Clay
Terrace PUD.
