I would agree with the statements made below. You and I also discussed a time frame for submittal of the new site/plot plans to Building & Code Services and the newly signed/recorded plat copies to Planning & Zoning. We had discussed this being done prior to the final inspection; however, our Building Commissioner (Jim Blanchard) has asked that these be provid~d prior to the scheduling of the Rough-in inspections on any of the units. This should still provide you with enough time to get the foundation in and have the new surveys done and the plat process completed. If you have any concerns about this, please let us know. The building department will be issuing a permit to the building and we will be sliding the building to the north by 11.0 feet. As you may recall, this building was reduced by 12 feet when we re-platted for the revised building configurations. By moving the building 11 feet, we will bring the building back north to the original location approved prior to the re plat of Traditions. By moving the building north, 11 feet, we will eliminate the potential building separation requirement deviation. The building including balconies will be separated by more than 10 feet (min. required by Ordinance). Once the building is started, we will survey the building location and create a revised plat and plot plan for your approval. Rich Kelly from EHM and T will be locating the building and revising the plat for us. Benchmark Surveying will be re-staking the building and will be providing the revised plot plan. Please let me know If you agree with my statements above as we are starting to move this solution in I motion.
